You will report directly to the Board of Management.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Minimum QQI level 7 or 8 in an accredited Early Years
qualification.
* Experience in Childcare Management and HR.
* The ability to lead and motivate a team through support, guidance
and mentoring.
* The ability to build professional relationships with colleagues,
children and families.
* The ability to self-motivate and meet targets and deadlines.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Excellent Communication skills, must be fluent in English.
* Strong knowledge of the Aistear Curriculum Framework and Siolta
Quality Standards.
* Knowledge of play based, child led, emergent curriculum along with
the ability to respond to children’s individual interests and
document learning.
* Ability to ensure a safe and stimulating learning environment for
children so that they may learn and develop to their potential.
* Ability to ensure all Policies and Procedures, Legislation and
Statutory guidelines are being fully implemented, monitored and
adhered to (Tusla, DCEDIY, HSE, DES).
* Ability to use Early Years platforms and portals (Hive, NCS,
Tusla).
* Be dedicated to raising standards in early years and knowledge of
Governance.
* Full clean drivers licence.
